As a SPACIAN my journey was really awesome, sometimes challanging but i never give up and through this i learned how to overcome from this type of setuations and how to solve this type of problem. Yeah !! In this traineeship i have learnt how to communicate with our candidate effectively and how to convince them . I learnt how to work with the team as a friend and grow together. These skills are very precious and beneficial for me as a student and in future. If I talk about the work culture of SPACIM then it’s really awesome, the team leader (Ashok Meghwal) is very supportive guy and he’s an inspiration for me , his style of working with the team just brilliant. This is Vijetha Madhuri Angadi working as HR Trainee at SPACIM. I feel great that my first job also it’s great working under Ashok’s guidance he always supports, motivate us and give suggestions if needed. Meetings are conducted regularly and feedback will be given on our performance on daily basis. This is my first enterprise. I started this internship with moumita Saha, but now my internship trainee is under Arpita Raj. According to my experience, this company is very helpful for the students, it helps them to build their knowledge and also this HR internship also helps a lot to the candidate, what is the work of HR, where to start, how to do it, why to do it, all this has been taught and also helped where needed, I have learned a lot from this company. have got it, as well as this internship was paid internship, so some income has also been made and income is dependent on our work. So I am very happy. Whatever I have learned till now, I give credit to my trainer Arpit Raj, to be honest, whoever is working under this company is very experienced and they have a lot of knowledge, and I would like to have them after my internship.
